Pharmaceuticals industry: Global leadership meeting

On behalf of an internationally active pharmaceuticals group, Vischer, Merkt & Partner
realized a two-and-a-half-day leadership meeting for 160 guests in the Bernese Oberland.
On the first evening, a casual get together was organized around the theme of networking
using the different food areas and seating arrangements in the hotel. The afternoon of the second day was all about team activities: the guests had the choice of a number of alter-
natives. In addition to the traditional programs such as skiing, snowshoeing and curling,
the guests could participate in a number of workshops exploring the themes of illusion
and magic, art or film and photography, play snow golf with Yves C. Ton-That, enjoy a
stunt experience with Oliver Keller, visit the research station on the Jungfraujoch or do
the Lauberhorn ski run with the Vice President of the Lauberhorn race and the trainer
of the men’s national skiing team. In brief, there was something for everyone. On the
evening of the second day, the hotel ballroom was prepared for a top-class gala dinner. The focus of this second evening was the Excellence Awards ceremony.

Vischer, Merkt & Partner was responsible for the following aspects of the program:
staging the plenary session and designing the exhibition, the gala and awards
night, the general conceptual design and realization of the social program.
