Pharmaceuticals industry: Global HR meeting

Vischer, Merkt & Partner designed and organized a three-day global human resources
meeting in Stockholm for an international pharmaceuticals group. Special focus was to
be given to the concepts of networking and alignment. The first evening was organized
around the “experience Stockholm” theme. After a pleasant evening stroll through the
historic district of Gamla Stan, the group continued its visit of the city on the boat “SS
Stockholm”. Dinner included a selection of typical Swedish dishes. The highlight of the
meeting was the gala dinner with its awards ceremony held in the Blue Hall of Stockholm
City Hall, the same stately venue where the annual Nobel Prize gala dinner is held.

Vischer, Merkt & Partner was responsible for the overall project management of the meeting, in particular the city and hotel evaluation, the venue handling, the design of the
exhibition and stage, the entire sourcing process and management of local suppliers
and the organization of the conference.
