Numerous learning meetings
In recent years, on behalf of the corporate learning center
of an internationally active group,
we have designed and organized
numerous off-site programs in direct relation with the
learning
content covered. Three detailed examples are presented below.
Innovation Leadership Program, Sitges/Barcelona: a social program
referring to the semi-
nar theme of “Innovation”: a chef from
the most famous purveyor of molecular gastronomy,
the restaurant
“El Bulli”, gave a demonstration of this unusual and innovative
culinary
science. The demonstration was presented and explained
by the famous Spanish food
journalist Xavier Agulló. A presentation
and tasting cocktail of molecular gastronomy followed by dinner
rounded the program off.
Negotiation Skills Program, Boston: the theme of body language
was reflected in the
social program. The guests were welcomed
to the Wang Theater in Boston and accom-
panied throughout the
evening by mime artists; the guest speaker and bestselling author
in the field of body language, Allen Pease, brought a wry smile
to the lips of the guests
while giving them food for thought.
Marketing Excellence Program, Vevey/Montreux: within the framework
of the in-house marketing seminars for international marketing
managers, an exhibition of famous Swiss
brands, changed daily,
was created with: Swiss International Air Lines, Lindt & Sprüngli,
Victorinox, Strellson and Davidoff. The current marketing and
brand managers were
present and were happy to provide answers
and explanations to the participants’
questions.
