Airline industry: VIP client event

By way of thanks and to show their appreciation, our client invited its VIP clients and their
guests on a three-day incentive trip to Switzerland. Approximately 40 international guests
were welcomed by the eight members of the senior management team, including the
President of the Board of Directors of our client.

Day 1: “Reception” at the company headquarters at Zurich Kloten airport with a guided
visit of the company. Transfer to French-speaking Switzerland, check-in at the Montreux
Palace and gala dinner.

Day 2: Boat trip to Lausanne, visit of the Olympic museum, walk in the vineyards with an
acrobatic air show during the aperitif, golf afternoon for golfers, elegant cocktail and
evening meal in the “Auberge du Raisin” in Cully.

Day 3: Hot-air balloon trip around Château d’Oex and return to Zurich.
