Pharmaceutical industry: Gala dinner

In the framework of a Female Leadership Forum, Vischer, Merkt & Partner was com-missioned to design and organize a gala dinner for approximately 350 guests. The
main aim was the recognition and appreciation of female executives and their increased
visibility in the eyes of the senior management, who were also invited and “hosted” a table
in pairs. The San Francisco room in the Basel Congress Center had already been chosen
as the venue for the event with the theme of “Provence” giving the cool room a warm and
welcoming atmosphere. The entire location, including the foyer and toilets, was designed accordingly to appeal to all the senses, with a sunset opposite the entrance, olive and
cypress trees, rosemary and lavender, special furniture and tableware, savon de Marseille
in the toilets and candles, vegetables, bushes and flowers wherever you looked. The entire evening was accompanied by the sounds of Provencal wildlife and French
“Musette” music. The atmosphere was correspondingly lively and animated.
