We are an innovative and highly efficient boutique agency with an extensive network
of handpicked experts. Since 1999, we have been operational both in Switzerland
and abroad. The company is managed by the two owners, Sara Isabel Vischer and
Roman Merkt.

Our core competences are consulting, conceptual design and project management
of executive meetings and conferences as well as client and employee events. Our
philosophy is to focus on the guests and their needs; we nurture attention to detail
and strive for perfection, whether in a management board meeting of ten people,
a client event for a hundred guests or a staff get-together with several thousand participants.

We maintain client relationships based on mutual trust, open communication and
