Our employees are either graduates of the Hotel Management School of Lausanne
or have a background in the hospitality industry.

According to the project and remit, we complement our team with freelancers
and specialists from all fields imaginable. Consequently, every project is in the
hands of a tailor-made team while one of the two managing partners always acts
as project leader.

Sara Isabel Vischer Managing Partner Core competences: sales, consulting, conceptual design, project management

After graduating from the Hotel Management School of Lausanne, Sara Isabel Vischer acquired broad experience in the sales and marketing departments of internationally active firms. Thanks to her analytical and strategic vision, she provides clearly structured and coherent solutions to even the most complex problems. Her strengths are that she always works towards the defined objectives and never loses sight of the guests’ needs.

	Roman Merkt Managing Partner Core competences: consulting, creation, design, project management

After graduating from the Hotel Management School of Lausanne, Roman Merkt
acquired broad experience in the hotel and tourist industry as well as in the field of financial controlling. He furthered his expert knowledge with a Master of Marketing
at the University of Basel. Thanks to his cross-linked and solution-oriented thinking,
he always brings even the most complex projects to a successful conclusion. His
strengths are his highly developed imagination and the ability to always to find practical
solutions.
